I'm the GM of a restaurant. I've been in the business for 22 years. The food, the service, the ambiance are absolutely awful. You seriously have to hire better servers. Management was a complete no show. Management should be checking on tables. Do better. Will not ever return.
Excellent service for a large party.
The drink lines were dirty, which caused the rootbeer, Pepsi, and sweet tea to taste terrible. The waitress was aware of the problem and mentioned that another table had complained as well. After exchanging our drinks for water, we were accidentally charged for the drinks anyway. Thankfully we were able to get that charge removed from our bill prior to paying. Too many reviews about cleanliness to ignore. The server was a great example of positioning someone in the wrong position. I arrived to dine in and was greeted like a lost “DoorDasher” I was seated at a dirty booth that had food all over the seat. I asked the server to wipe it down. He did it very sloppily, the dishrag feel onto the floor. He picked it up and sat it on the table right in front of me and said “hold that for a minute.”
Walked in a 8:30pm tonight and got turned away. The bar and the grill were totally shut down. Very disappointing. I think this is our last visit.
