Outstanding service from start to finish. Workers were on time and courteous. Finished project ahead of schedule and right on budget. Highly recommend Suzie and team we will use them on our next project!
We needed to replace our shower, bathroom tiles, and bathroom paint. Big Willow’s bid was the most reasonable and detailed out of 3 that we got. There were no ‘surprise’ billings or overruns at the end – the price quoted was the price we paid. Susan really helped us pick out the tiles and paint. We didn’t have a great idea of what size or color tiles we wanted. She brought us numerous samples to look at, and provided many photos / ideas for us to review. Susan and her team were absolutely amazing! Susan was so efficient and explained everything in detail. We were going to Italy for 2 weeks, Susan texted pictures everyday of the progress and texted when her or her team came and went in our home. Very professional. I am still blown away with what the team was able to accomplish. They turned a weird layout bathroom into a functioning dream design! Not to mention my dream of having green tile and natural wood cabinets! Looking forward to more projects with Big Willow!
