We have used Big Willow for multiple renovation projects, including a kitchen remodel, house painting, and ceiling beams. They have provided five-star service every time. Their communication is excellent, they are easy to work with, they stay on schedule, and the quality of the work is outstanding.
We had to transform our dining room & formal living room into a downstairs suite with a bathroom/walk-in closet. Her attention to detail is rare, and she did a great job keeping to the timeline. We had a leak in my office and bedroom. Susan and her team worked closely with me to find all the matching materials. They were able to get me on schedule very quickly and finished all the rebuilding process in only 4 days.
