Our server was nice. Unfortunately, this was easily the worst food I've had in NWA. The cauliflower bites were decent and the breading was well done, but everything else was beyond disappointing. The wings were very chewy and the burgers were just all around unpleasant. They have Guinness on tap, but they weren't using nitrogen.
Pretty average food and atmosphere.
Went to big whiskeys on 3/22/2025 after sitting there for 10 minutes the waitress Ariel came over and apologized for the delay she got drinks took our appetizer we got cheese dip upon arrival of the cheese dip it was waaaaayyyy salty i got chicken Alfredo my son got a chicken sandwich these dishes or just ok nothing special The other problem was, Ariel was pulling double duty as a bartender and a waitress, which made it very difficult on her should have enough staff to cover
My husband and I held our wedding reception here, it was very nice inside, our waitress was fantastic! I would say it would be best to call to speak with the manager instead of emailing. There was a miscommunication but other than that, the restaurant itself was great! We had appetizers pre booked, they were set up waiting for us! We were able to take our cake ahead of time and they were great enough to put it away until it was cake time!
