The man who we spoke to first was so very helpful and patient. Upfront pricing, and reasonable. The girl who called about parts was very friendly and helpful. Scott the mechanic who came out to repair the RV was very friendly, knowledgeable and fair with pricing. We would recommend Big Wheel to everyone.

The mechanics are knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft. The Service Manager runs a tight ship and is very thorough in his inspections. He is man that knows trucks inside and out along with all DOT regulations when it comes to the trucks. He's a trustworthy man. The Parts Manager was also quite knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. Of all the repair shops I've visited this one is by far the cleanest and well organized.

Big Wheel Diesel comes up BIG again when I called on them to help get me out of a bind. They had my truck fixed and back running the same day. They were very meticulous, found the issue, the cause of my issue and fixed it the same day. This isn't the 1st time they've done excellent work on a diesel truck for me. They're always a good choice when I need a diesel mechanic.

I broke down on I 12 With my Newmar Dutch star Big wheel came out and towed me to there shop everyone was professional from the dispatchers to the mechanic everyone was helping repair my coach. and put me at ease.
