Don't trust their samples!!! The sample at the office is premium soil, however, the stuff delivered is not suitable for plants. Was shown good quality soil sample (2 types), have bought them both but they have dumped some low-grade dirt on my driveway, not suitable for planting.
Rahul was really helpful, very patient and suggested right amount of materials for required design of landscaping and they delivered on same day. Highly recommend to get your materials from here!
I have been buying products from this place, and 2 weeks ago I thought I would try to purchase their 45mm turf and installed for a customer. The customer complained that their turf does not drain properly and it feels wet when you walk on it. Now I wondered why the 45mm turf is CHEAPER then a 40 mmm that i purchased from another supplier. I have installed so many turf for customers but NEVER had a complaint until I purchase from big west. It's a waste of my time and money.
