Jack the owner was amazing to work with (very responsive) and the people that cleaned our windows and screen did a great job! Brightens our home and feels fresh!
This is my second time using Big Wave Windows cleaning service. I had a great experience both times. The company is always efficient and professional. They make it super easy to schedule an appointment. Most recently Andrew did an interior and exterior window cleaning at my house and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.
Andrew did a great job power washing the house and then cleaning all the windows. He got into the nooks and crannies to make sure it all looked good. And it was easy to set up an appointment, get a quote etc which just made the whole experience easy. Will definitely use again. Very professional!

Never again. I previously used Big Wave Window to clean the windows, screens, and solar panels on my home, built in 1939. The technician carefully numbered all the screens and windows so the screens would be correctly replaced. Everything was done expeditiously and throughly. This year…totally different story. First they told me they were running late, then they canceled their appointment due to issues with their morning job. A team of three showed up on time to the rescheduled appointment.
