I couldn’t be more happy with my new shutters! The whole process was easy and the installation was perfect. Adrian was the installer and he did the whole job himself, the results couldn’t be better. He was very professional and was very meticulous. I highly recommend Big Wave! Weirdly excited for a storm to try them out…

The shutters were installed professionally, and so far, we are very pleased with them. However, the office staff is difficult to work with if you have any issues. Our shutters FAILED inspection because of incorrect paperwork; wrong filing # and wrong owner's name. I have been trying to work with Big Wave to get this issue resolved but have been continuously stonewalled by the office staff. We are thrilled to have our shutters done, right before hurricane season. Kegan was amazing with the Installing process. you can tell he likes what he does very Informative and professional! Shutter Bob was great with the sales enjoyed the time he put in with us, Unfortunately, communication was lacking with Chloe. She couldn’t answer our questions seemed very clueless on how things work. Happy to have the job done Thank you, Kegan.!
