Joe did a great job Reliable and fixed shutters that he did not put up. Was told by another company they did not put them up so therefore they would not fix them. Thank God , Joe did not have that way of thinking. Thank you Joe. I really appreciated you fixing them for me.
Keagan did a great job installing our accordion shutter! He is professional and loves his work. Their office personnel is responsive if you have questions, live person answers your call. We are very happy with our hurricane shutter!
After comparing the quality of products and having hurricane shutters and hurricane screens in a previous house, the quality of this product is 5 times better. The shutters open and close tight and the screens have supporting tracks on both sides that are very solid. Nice people to work with, the price was pretty much the same as others and they'll stand behind their work. 5 stars +!
Big Wave was fantastic to work with we called a few other companies, and they had the best price by far they are very professional, and our Bahama shutters look fantastic.
We purchased an electric hurricane (Kevlar) product for a large sliding door Opening. Knowledgeable install crew showed up as scheduled and completed in one day. Spotless clean up. Will be using Big Wave again and we have no qualms about recommending this company.
