I recently contracted with Joe @BigWaveStormShutters to install 4 storm shutters on my Condo. Joe, and his install team, Adrian Jones and Richard Revels were not only incredibly respectful and quiet during a difficult installation given the height and specs of my condo, they were conversational and really great people. The shutters were installed professionally, and so far, we are very pleased with them. However, the office staff is difficult to work with if you have any issues. Our shutters FAILED inspection because of incorrect paperwork; wrong filing # and wrong owner's name. I have been trying to work with Big Wave to get this issue resolved but have been continuously stonewalled by the office staff.
