Nice people! I delivered a couple boats there and they came in on there day off to unload me so I could make if home for Thanksgiving!
They have two locations in Pottsboro and Kingston. Everyone I met was experienced and friendly. They specialize in repowering boats with Suzuki motors. They own several other businesses on Lake Texoma and are here to stay.
I was a remote buyer and cold-called Big Water marine based on a boat they showed on their website that matched what I was looking for. They were super responsive in communication, fair on price, and worked with me to secure very favorable shipping costs. My dad just purchased a boat from these guys and there customer service is unmatched very impressive!
Went on some test drives on their pontoons and was very pleased with the customer service and time on the water. Will definitely be going with them on my outboard repowers as well.
