We had a boat for sale with another broker and big water boat buyer signed a contract which was contingent on sea trial, non mechanical survey, mechanical inspection, and oil samples the normal things for a big boat. Boat was set to accept on june 13th and on june 11th buyer decided to back out without performing any of the afore mentioned due diligence which is breech of contract.
