Staff were nowhere to be found. When I finally found someone and asked about the product, they sent me to the other end of the store, but the item I was looking for wasn't there, and there was no one around to ask for help.
Realy good well presented store
I was lucky enough to get the assistance of young Isaiah in Tech yesterday who helped me sort my laptop out....he was patient, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and I really appreciated his time. Our only hiccup was how bad the wifi is in the tech section....but Isaiah got us over the line....absolutely lovely young man. Actually, all the staff were really nice and seeing them interact with each other with respect was nice to see - even the store manager where I would suggest it all stems from.
