Very friendly staff
My local Big W has had some major changes within the make up and clothing sections. It looks sensational! The team and management seem to be very knowledgeable. It is always clean and tidy, my family and I prefer this store rather than going into Rocky and Kmart
The professionalism of every staff up front of the store is horrendous and childlike. Just because your pushing late 50/40s doesn't mean you can take out your emotions on younger people enjoying their lives. I saw on multiple occasions door staff threatening high school students to behave as they walked in rather than greeting them with kindness and good customer service, you know your job. When leaving we saw staff staring down those same kids when checking out and even accusing them of stealing despite having no evidence. ... read more
