I respect the staff’s dedication to public safety in refusing to open potentially dangerous items. However, I have to say that this situation feels quite unreasonable. I purchased a pair of scissors to use immediately, yet in order to open the packaging, I was expected to already have another pair of scissors. Even after I explained that I needed to use it right away, I was still unable to do so.
Very friendly staff
My local Big W has had some major changes within the make up and clothing sections. It looks sensational! The team and management seem to be very knowledgeable. It is always clean and tidy, my family and I prefer this store rather than going into Rocky and Kmart
