Great workers the best big w to go
Really disappointed with my experience at BIG W. I was shopping with friends and we were followed around the entire store by a staff member who was clearly watching us and speaking to other staff about us, making us feel like criminals despite us doing absolutely nothing wrong. Later, when I came back to the store by myself, I was followed again and asked to have my bag checked as I was leaving. A staff member then made a snarky comment saying, “Are you looking for someone? The staff and service are amazing , still getting used to layout changes but at least large signage helps. Always nice to walk in to the friendly faces we gave known for years
