Was shopping with my friend today and was absolutely disgusted with the filth we saw. So much rubbish and the floor was filthy. Has not seen a mop for a while.
So this review goes to one employee who went out of his way to help me at the party section at BigW Richmond. His name was Eliott. From the start he never failed to be polite and professional. I was there for quite sometime selecting balloons for my little one’s birthday. It was very easy to interact with him and was super patient. People like Eliott is what a true customer service representative should be. Thanks heaps Eliott
