I had a great in-store experience with staff helping me find a couple of things. Unfortunately the joy ended at the exit. I was given no choice but to use the cash self-serve. As there are only two cash receiving self-serves I also had to wait a bit of a while, but other people could pass me and use card. I HATE SELF-SERVE. I hate self-serve. I hate self-serve. Pretty terrible service, I just needed some help trying to find information and I walked around the store for a good 30 minutes trying to get the attention of a staff and when I finally got the attention of one they said just wait there and never actually came back.
Easy parking great range of products staff always helpful and friendly especially Lindsay
