Terrible customer service at the fitting room. The staff had zero manners – no greeting, rude tone, made me lift my clothes like I was hiding something, and treated me like I was trying to steal. After I finished trying, she didn’t bother to ask how it went or offer any help – just ignored me completely. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
huge store, heaps of selections. unfortunately, the lady in charge of the change rooms (older Asian) ignores customers needing assistance. Not even a simple greeting.
