08/01/2026 - 2 Stars Came in as they had 1 item in stock via the website. On arrival was told they cannot find it but a new shipment t is due in eight days. Came back and told to come back on the 8th Jan and they will have stocked the shelves. Came back again on the 08/01/26 to have none of the parcels stacked so told to come back again in a week! No! Your app and staff (all very lovely) but told rubbish and wasted three visits so not coming back for a fourth. 05/12/2024 - 5 Stars Great store, options and staff

Huge shout-out to Rubin at Big W! Such a nice guy, kind, fun, and honestly way more interesting than anyone has a right to be during a regular shopping trip. He turned a boring errands run into a good vibe moment. Absolute legend!
