I went shopping at Big W today and used the self-checkout. My machine had an issue, so I waited for assistance. I was clearly the next customer needing help, but the staff member Lina chose to assist others who came after me and only checked on me at the very end. It was extremely disappointing and made me feel ignored – possibly even discriminated against. This kind of behavior reflects poor customer service and lack of proper staff training.
