I have a disability and was struggling to use the self checkout (needed assistance four different times). The lady with glasses working at the self checkout was very kind, understanding, and patient. She didn't make me feel embarrassed and was really helpful. She also didn't talk to my like I was a baby, which I appreciated. She was truly a shining example on how to treat people with disabilities.
