We replaced all of the windows for our house with Big Valley windows in 2021. 6 mos later a window cracked in the front of our home and 2 years later we are still asking them to replace it. We are willing to pay, even though it’s under warranty, and they still won’t come out and do the work. I would never use them again and I would never recommend them to anyone. Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE!!
First off I Was recommended this company for a restoration and they actually came thru and started rebuild. Got halfway done and then when they started to request more money more excuses more money. they weren't showing up when they said they were they started hiring cheaper people to get the job done it was a mess and 2 years later our house is still not finished. Definitely watch out for Sergio renovato owner contractor. Doug and Sergio are definitely ripping people off
Issues with my install, still not finished, I will be calling the owner to do a complete walk through
