Absolutely horrible. Do not attempt to rent from this organization. You will sorely regret it.

Beware they do not return your deposits or give itemized list per WA State law within 30 days when tendacy ends.
We're looking at a second home to buy in the Okanogan and happily were referred to Big Valley Realty by a peer company. This alone says a lot about their professionalism when their competitors recommend them. Shannon found a great home for us to lease to try out this side of Washington before buying a house. He and his co-worker Carol have been kind, helpful, and patient throughout this process. New to the area or born here, Big Valley Realty is trustworthy and moves a mountain if needed to help their clients!
