I paid $350 for a helmet, they shipped it via UPS and it never showed up. Its been a month and Im still fighting for my money back!! They said they would file a claim with UPS, but they never did! So I filed a claim myself. Talked to Mark the parts manager, he told me to file a dispute with my bank! WTF? Are kidding me?! How is this a real dealership? Horrible customer service!!
