I sold my vehicle to this dealership over a month ago and was told I would receive payment within 7–14 days. That seemed fair at the time, so I agreed. However, 15 days passed with zero communication from anyone. When I called to check in, I was told they hadn’t received the title yet and that I would get paid once it arrived. Cesar was great. I never thought I’d leave GM but this Raptor is worth every penny. It drives like nothing! I’m surprisingly proud to say I’m a Raptor owner now.
Service department did an outstanding job I had noise issues with my f150 I took it to elk grove ford 6 times and weren’t able to fix it. Big valley stepped up and fix it my truck sound just like new nice and quiet engine.
Will NEVER buy a vehicle from this place again. When all is said and done, they will contact you months later telling you they want more money. NO THANK YOU!
