HORRIBLE!! My daughters first time at an eye dr & she is traumatized. No kid friendly in any way. Eye dr yanked her head backwards trying to put eye drops in & as my child is crying he says I don’t have all day for you to quit crying I have other patients. Instead of trying to make her more comfortable just making the situation worse. The receptionist then says maybe you should bring her dad to hold her down. Didn’t even let them to an exam took the paperwork & left. Do not take your children there
