Bought new 2024 Ram 2500 gas. Very easy purchase, no pressure at all. No pressure to buy add ons. Would deal here again
I took a older vehicle to this shop I was told the tech that worked on this vehicle is their best. While doing a front end alignment the tech never bothered to free the inside tie rod lose, so he chose do it unprofessionally by beating the bran new outter tie rod out multiple times to make the alignment. When I asked the tech how he made the adjust he flat out lied. He's manager told me it doesn't really matter how he got the adjust as long as it comes out on paper correctly.
