I will never take my diesel to anywhere else to get fixed. Pat and his crew are honest and do a great job. I never have issues after they do their work. Great place!! EDIT- Pat is an absolute diesel wizard!! The best place around for diesel mechanics!!
I very highly recommend Big Twin Diesel. I've been using them for years, with several pickups. They have always been honest, straightforward, and followed through. They also stand behind their work above and beyond expectations. All the folks I have experienced have been knowledgeable and helpful. I have never used Big Twin Diesel before. I took my Dodge diesel in to have my lifters adjusted. They did a great job. They got it done ahead of schedule and under the estimate. They also made sure I was aware of some other possible problems (that I already knew about), and I appreciated that. I will definitely use this business again. Thank you Pat.
We will only take our truck to Pat. Pat and his gutlys do great work for a fair price while taking good care of our truck when in his possession. Pat is honest and will take responsibility for anything that is done incorrectly and is always willing to fix it. Last week we had our truck in for a new heater core and there was a connector that was missed when it was put back together. I am a much better mechanic now! They have done around $30,000 of work for me over 7 years. They did great work for 5 of those and then they replaced my transmission which had come apart. Cost me $1500 more than the price quoted 3 months prior so I paid around $8,300. They didn't change out a $200 heat exchanger and after a year the transmission was flooded with coolant, and the cooling system was flooded with transmission fluid.
