These are doctors looking for monthly quick bucks on a side job per their customer service telehealths get no priority to their “normal” jobs yet they do not disclose this to their telehealth patients!
Everyone I’ve encountered at Big Tree has been amazing, but I cannot say enough good things about Ashlee. She is spectacular! Thank you for always having wonderful people on staff, Big Tree!!
Had an amazing first appt. today with Scott Stout! Super fast and easy yet very thorough. I will definitely be using this service and telling my people about it. I have done a ton of telemed and virtual urgent care appts over the last couple of years and this was hands down the easiest and best experience of them all. Absolutely worth it. Thank you, Scott!
We joined Big Tree Medical this week. Britni and Elaine have been awesome! The prescription prices are amazing! And they are both so quick to respond with any questions.

if you were looking forward to the 24/7 teleheath, DO NOT USE. I just waited 55 minutes (they say they will respond within 15) and NO one responded at all. I have screenshots to prove it.
