Sarah you are correct. Your review is spot on, that girl is not good at what she does, she should be an embarrassment to the company. She allows smoking for some reason. Maybe it's because her assistant Vapes in the bathroom. She does not go by the lease at all it depends on who she likes and who she doesn't like. This place has gone down hill so fast with this newest manager. Previous manager was great. This girl doesn’t care at all about her job. Her and her assistant are here less than 3 days a week. Lately it’s been 1 day a week. Kids run around unsupervised and nothing is done. They vandalize cars, destroy personal property, and the complexes property. Cops are here multiple times a week. Takes forever to get anything fixed an once it is fixed it looks like crap and like the maintenance guy is incompetent and leaves garbage everywhere, also not a recommended place to live if you don't like HOA felling like places with so many rules it feels like they shouldn't charge as much as they do for rent, not a great place run
1. Uneducated Young office staff. No life experience to run a place like this. No life experience. But I guess when you hire people like this you can pay them less.
