Very nice apartments. Good maintenance, office personnel is great and mai tenants ce personnel is outstanding. Very happy here.
Hard to talk to a human plus there's twenty five person waiting list so don't bother calling them and nothing solid about building more units but I strongly suggest placing your name on the roster
I agree with the review below, but it is quite a hypocritical one. People should practice what they preach! According to Oxford Languages, a community is "a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common, and a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals. 2 stars just for the apartment itself. But that's about it. Community rules continuously get broken by other residents and nothing ever gets done about it. Neighbors are terrible, the noise is absurd and our building constantly smells like Marijuana. They allow neighbors to threaten and intimidate others with no punishment whatsoever. Hell, we even dealt with an assault, and neither Batavia police nor the landlords did anything about it.
