Front desk was wonderful. Jen the hygienist was the best hygienist I've ever had. She talked me through everything and was just wonderful💙
I broke my bridge and after a humiliating visit to another dentist,I called Dr Christie La Tulippe. I was greeted with a smile and from then on ,the service continued to escalate. I was pretty upset but with the patience of Amanda( who took my X-rays ,Logan,who gently led me in the room,,Carrie who assisted Dr. LaTulippe,,I was put at ease. All caring people in this dental office,,so I highly recommend Big Tree DentalThey we're more than helpful to me and I will continue to be their patient.
Big Tree Dental is excellent. The staff and dentist are very professional and truly care about their patients. Whenever you call the office you are greeted by a warm voice on the other end..When you leave a message they always get back with you.
My last visit I was told I need a crown on my back tooth but would need a route canal first I went for a second opinion and was told that the crown would not work as there would be not much left to work with and upon examination of the area also, was told I had the start of periodontal disease which would need to be addressed first My second opinion was to have the tooth removed Obviously they missed the fact that I had an issue with my gums which should have been picked up during cleaning and exam The office in my opinion i... read more
If i could rate this zero stars i would . This is the most unprofessional place ive ever been to . Mind you i already had bad experiences prior with dentists but this one is top notch disliked by me . I went in for a exam and xrays to see what was going on , the hygienist shoved the xray peices into my mouth even when i told her “hey i have a small mouth “ ( left with bloody mouth) all she kept talking about was her dog & asking ridiculous questions abt my life .
