I've previously rented apartments from DeGeorge Management at Georgetown in Irondequoit and Williams Tribute in Gates, and recently moved to Big Tree Apartments in Livonia. Like all the previous apartments, Big Tree is no exception. Clean, well maintained, good value for the area, and flexible lease options. Both Derek in the Rochester office and his supervisor Leigh have always been very knowledgeable, pleasant, and excellent to deal with at any time! Keep up the good work!

The landlord Derek is an awesome guy! He’s been very patient and helpful with all my questions as a young first time renter! We’ve also had a run in with the maintenance guy Bob, he is great too. He was able to come see what the problem was quickly, after hours I may add, and got the job done in a timely fashion. I have been in the apartment for about a week now but I am very happy so far!!
