The landlord Derek is an awesome guy! He’s been very patient and helpful with all my questions as a young first time renter! We’ve also had a run in with the maintenance guy Bob, he is great too. He was able to come see what the problem was quickly, after hours I may add, and got the job done in a timely fashion. I have been in the apartment for about a week now but I am very happy so far!!
