Def not the same Big Toy as it once was. Had an issue with the credit card charge for a wash. It wasn't until I posted a negative review that I heard from anyone despite having submitted their contact form, left a voicemail on the one number that has voicemail and tried calling the St A number numerous times where no one answered and which doesn't have voicemail. Although my issue was resolved, the whole thing seems suspect based on their apologies/excuses. I suggest using coins.
Great experience at Big Toy Wash in St. Albert! Super clean bays, great pressure, and plenty of room for bigger vehicles. My truck and trailer came out sparkling. Easy to use and well-maintained — definitely recommend!
