I Like the wash BAYS>> BUT I went there at 8AM Saturday morning as this is their opening time schedule....NOBODY there, closed...I waited 45 mins...Nobody showed up? Call beforehand. Tried going twice in the last week approx an hour before advertised close time of 8:00pm and both tomes they weren’t open. So frustrating!!
Def not the same Big Toy as it once was. Had an issue with the credit card charge for a wash. It wasn't until I posted a negative review that I heard from anyone despite having submitted their contact form, left a voicemail on the one number that has voicemail and tried calling the St A number numerous times where no one answered and which doesn't have voicemail. Although my issue was resolved, the whole thing seems suspect based on their apologies/excuses. I suggest using coins.
