Big Toy Truck wash is a complete disaster Hoses broken, no soap on high pressure, doors don’t work hell even the car mat holders are broken. When the former owners ran this place it was top notch. Everything down to floors being cleaned after each wash to equipment working properly was done and they were the best to talk to after your wash. Don’t waste your money here , and please someone else open a truck wash in St Albert. Ps you don’t use electrical tape to fix a hose on a soap brush. What a joke

Been coming here a lot of years old owners took good care of everything This place has gone downhill ever since the new owners took over Everytime I think ok I’ll go back once more and things will be good well guess what this was my last time Wash bays not working soap leaking out of the brush hose more soap on me than my truck A little tlc goes along way
This was my go to place and I don’t know what happened. I’m submitting this review so the owners hopefully see it and make some changes. I’ll happily edit my rating. Not fancy but this wash was always good. Now? Not really good at all. Bays perpetually out of service for many reasons, messy truck bay floors, poorly working spray wands - have to wait minutes for the wand to switch to the next product if it even switches at all. Came today for the first and last time, not only did the soap not work but I left dirtier than I came due to the grease on the hose and the clay I had to walk through. They did give me 4 dollars back but ruined a pair of shorts. The place could use some love .
