Hasslefree service Our family used these guys for a family reunion and we rented tents, chairs and tables. It was a formal party so they helped color coordinate everything and it looked really nice. They arrived on time to set up and to take things down afterwards. The crew were very professional and quick. It made us worry about one less thing.

Field Day Disaster Worst experience in 8 years with a party rental company. Rude owner, did not supply what was ordered. Were late to show up for field day for 550 students. Were only interested in making money did not care about customer satisfaction. Unprofessional and totally not worth the money they were paid. Did not call back when they said they would. Did not send the people they were supposed to send. Were over an hour late for a school event. Never use this company!

Worth the price We used this company for a family party. We rented a tent, chairs and tables. I called around and they seemed to be very reasonable in price compared to their competitors . They did a wonderful job and very were nice and helpful. I plan on using them again in the near future.

Wide selection of Rentals I used this company to supply tents, tables and chairs for my daughters graduation party.They were super helpful on the phone. They gave me many different ideas for tents. They had many different shapes sizes and colors. They also have a wide selection of different tables, chairs and much, much more! Service...What service!!! Contacted their 'on-line chat' customer service Gave the needed info, was assured "I'd be contacted shortly" that was 2 weeks ago, haven't heard word one. I'm sure it's due to the fact that my request for rental did not add up tho 100's of dollars, so they figured it wasn't worth their time. Doing business with them in the future is not worth my time either!!!

No Service I rented 6 tables and 46 chairs to be delivered the day before my daughter' Baptism. I was told that I will receive them between 12 pm and 6pm. 6 pm comes no tables or chairs. After one phone call I was told 9pm. 9 pm comes no delivery. After dozens of unanswered calls I finally got in touch with the owner at 11:30 pm. I got no applogy, no explanation, but a rude request to call in the morning to REMIND him to deliver the tables and chairs. Called him in the morning at 6 am.
