Called them they put me on hold then hung up and when I tried to call them back in case it was a bad connection they declined my call

Not only do they pay the least amount of money for your vehicle ,and of course you must have the title and in your name, don't forget that. As they are putting the truck on the flatbed the rookie tow truck operator doesn't notice the slack in the line and it rolls back into my nice perfect black car doing major damage to my driverside doors, plural and nearly ripping the mirror off my car. The owner was super responsive. I came from a few hours away and when I got there my part was ready to go. Something was damaged on my part and he was upfront and honest. They even knocked a little off the price! I'd definitely do business again with them.
