Recently had Howard change out my jewelry & help me care for a piercing from another shop. My helix was infected � fortunately Howard is extremely knowledgeable and able to help me get on the path to healing it. I wish I would have just gone to him in the first place.
Great respectful guy's that work there. Very clean and nice place inside. Amazing work. Had Chuck do my tattoo what one amazing tattoo.
Hands down the best shop on the west side if not the whole state . My artist is Tony Loco but would feel comfortable getting work from the whole staff . Very professional, extremely courteous , amazingly talented and most importantly ( to me anyway) immaculately clean . From tattoos to piercings , whether you’re a new customer or a repeat client do yourself a favor and look no further than big Time customs .

I love this place. I got my first peiercing. Alan was great. He is the the best. He took the time to explain everything. I will defently be recommending this place. The employees are great.
