Was without AC for nearly 3 months and was having hard time finding company that wasn’t over priced, pushy, and judgmental. Roy was very honest and super gracious understanding my situation and beat the other estimates by a bunch! They were 2 hours late on the initial day never communicated anything. While they were there they damaged my ceiling leave a huge whole. My tenant was without AC for 2 days.
