I had an experience working with Steve Grillo, during which he accepted my payment but did not deliver on his promises. The last communication I had with him was concerning my request for a refund, during which he threatened me if I continued to pursue the matter. Following that conversation, I attempted to reach out to him again, but he blocked my number.

Steve's crew Ron,Greg,and Jimmy have been wonderful throughout our new roof. The roofing crew worked very hard. All of our questions and concerns where answered right away, even on Sunday. Ron made the insurance call a breeze. We are difficult customers and they stayed and took care of anything we asked about or didn't understand, very patient. I was surprised to meet Steve delivering some of our supplies, awesome to see the owner out. Highly recommend.
Wonderful people to do business with, Greg and Ron very professional. The whole process went smooth.
