Very personable and family owned! We removed all duct work from the 60’s and they installed an air purifier. 2 years later we had them move things to raise our ceiling. Reasonable prices and nice people!
Completely satisfied with a recent repair service from Big Texas Comfort. One of our AC units stopped cooling, and after some unsuccessful DIY troubleshooting I called to request an appointment. I was expecting at least a day's wait for an appointment, but a technician was available that afternoon. David arrived and got right to work - after some questions and troubleshooting he found that an animal had chewed through one of the signal wires between the air handler and the condenser. Had Bob come out and do an estimate on replacing 3. 15 ton commercial units with the air handlers very professional estimate . Waited till the temperatures were ready to shut down for three days came in on Thursday and removed the three air handlers and three outside units and installed new units and was up and running Saturday evening. I'll get to the point. The technician knew what he was talking about. His years of experience helped find the issue quickly. He is underpaid for that knowledge.
