Amazing service, both Chris, the manager and Eric, the technician went above and beyond to help me resolve my dilemma. They reminded me of the old days when people helped just for the sake of helping and doing what’s right. Both of them got involved to help me resolve my trailer/light dilemma practically without asking. Our trailer broke down right in the middle of a major move, and we were on a very tight deadline. After calling several places with no luck, we reached out to Big Tex, and they immediately understood the urgency of our situation. They told us to bring the trailer right in, and to our relief, they had it fully repaired within just a few hours.
