I had a trailer that was experiencing some issues. Jacob Warren went above and beyond to help me not only solve the problem but fix it as well. Jacob was awesome. Great customer service.
The Big Tex trailers name speaks for itself, a 5+ rating, but the Customer service that Kevin Hallmark and all the guys gave us, is the reason we drove 2 hours to do business with them. They promised and delivered without delay. We had a new flatbed installed on the back of my Super Duty F350. I can’t say enough about them, you need to stop by their location and find out first yourself. Thank you we will be back.
