Big Tex in Tyler, Tx just earned lifelong business from us. Jonathan Sump made our trailer purchase a breeze. He’s not looking to just make a sale, he found us a good deal that meets all of our needs & more, & found his store returning customers. Jonathan & his team in the store & shop know their stuff. We could definitely tell we were in good, trustworthy hands from introductions. I will also bring my business for work to Jonathan for any future trailer purchases.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve bought both a trailer and a flatbed from Big Tex Trailer World in Tyler and have had nothing but good experiences. Eddie in sales is awesome — very knowledgeable, no pressure at all, and easy to work with. Huge shout-out to Seth in the service department as well. After I hit a wild animal and damaged a leaf spring, they got my trailer in right away and had all the parts in stock. Repairs were done fast and got me back to work with minimal downtime.
