I went in the store on June 13 to get a quote. It was supposed to take 3-4 days. I called back a week later they stated we didn’t receive it yet. I called back the following week to make sure they had my email correct which I know they did. Here it is July 6 and I still haven’t received anything. I am willing to pay more for things if the customer service is good and not willing to purchase something that is a better price if the service isn’t there.
Purchased a brand new dump trailer from them and had hydraulic issues in the first 4 months. The cylinder was was leaking bad I set up the warranty claim through the warranty department then took it up for the work to be done, was told I should have it back after a week or so. It took 10 weeks for them to just repack the cylinder, I was told false stories several times and had to call corporate three different times to try to get the truth. Quality & Price is the 2 words that I will use to describe Big Tex Trailers. In every trailer you see on the lot you see quality in the way it was built. Then there is price, compared to other local trailer dealers in the area they are considerably lower in price. I've purchased 2 (5×10 utility & 6×14 car hauler) this year and if I'm ever in need again I'll not hesitate to return.
