Great customer service!
Terrible customer service. Spent 3 hours tying to get someone to answer the phone. Ended up taking a chance and drove 45 minutes to see if they had what I needed. When I got there the lady at the front counter at the sales department was more interested in getting me to try another place than getting the person who for sure could get me a yes or no answer.
Excellent service. They re-wired my pigtail on my trailer. I would definitely recommend Big Tex trailer sales to anyone wanting to buy any kind of trailer. Thanks so much! Jeovonny Lia was very helpful!
