Never, ever rent from these thieves! Barbara Cash is a total c$&#t & Ronnie is a slack jawed sack of nuts. They will extort late fees, falsify records & sell ur stuff!

Although my need for a storage unit has come to an end, I wanted to report the great service I received at Big Tex Storage. I have been storing there for a while now, and every time I visited my unit to pick-up or drop-off stuff, I found Big Tex Storage to be clean and inviting. The manager at the property is just great. I received a reminder call when from him once when my rent was past due. He made the payment process easy. They let me use the Big Tex moving truck for free when I moved in' I just wish I could use it again now that I am moving out. Thanks Big Tex for helping out!
