So many reasons why I don't recommend Big Tex where do I begin...in early April I purchased a brand new 2020 Indian Roadmaster from this dealership. Well for starters there was damage to the luggage compartment on the motorcycle and the company still has done nothing to resolve this problem. I love the 2021 Bobber that I bought, but the buying experience was not great. The people are not rude, but more along the line of just not caring at all about the customer in general. I arrived late in the evening but they said it was ok. It did take about 15 minutes of me standing in the showroom before anyone even acknowledged I was there even though they only had 1 other customer on the floor and about 7 or 8 employees walking around.
