I have been a tenat for many years and Big T Properties have been great to me. Any issues that I had they responded quickly and addressed the problem. A few days before Thanksgiving my oven stopped working, they could not get it repaired in time so a new stove was bought and delivered to my home so we were able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner. I have no complaints, I would definitely recommend.
This is a spacious unit in a quiet neighborhood. The living environment is very peaceful, but what truly stands out is the management. The owners are incredibly responsive and handle maintenance requests efficiently and without delay. A great choice for anyone looking for a well-managed home.
The professionalism has been nothing but fantastic. Phones are always answered and maintenance is always done quickly. I’m a new tenant with big T and I’d recommend anyone to find their perfect home.
Big T Properties has been great for us as new residents. All issues identified were fixed no questions asked. Their communication is absolutely excellent and they have been a pleasure doing business with. Can’t recommend them enough if you are in the market for a new residence or property!
