I've been renting from Big T Properties for almost 4 years now. They are great. Have never had a problem to date. If I need maintenance or anything they are quick to respond and send someone out. The house I'm in now is actually the 2nd one I've rented from them and absolutely love it. I highly recommend renting from them.
We have been tenants of a house managed by Big T since September 2022 and have had a great relationship with maintenance. The management worked what could have been a delicate situation to remove dead trees, pressuring the county to do the same. All was done in a timely manner.
Not recommended do not rent from these people! Save yourself the trouble and aggravation of NEVER being able to speak to a live human being if there ever is any issues at your property! READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS!!! We all have the same complaints SMH
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Unresponsive to any and all maintenance requests. Washing machine hasn’t worked since I moved in and they have let the ticket sit unanswered for almost year. Signed up for air filters to be delivered for extra $10/month on top of rent and it was never delivered once. My shower/tub needs a new diverter and they knew about it when I moved in and “completed” the ticket when maintenance was never done. HORRIBLE! I have had an issue with water in my basement from the day I moved in. The neighbors have told me about previous tenants having the same issue. When I submit a maintenance request it gets closed out as a job completed but no one ever comes to fix it. My basement completely flooded and all of my belongings have been damaged. This company will not respond to calls, texts or emails but they have no problem sending you a rental payment reminder
