I will try to be short and sweet. I was super stoked to go ride jetski's and they have really good prices. I had a great experience on picking up and dropping off the jetski's(they let me pick it up early and drop it off later). Customer experience was great and Braydon was very nice an accomodating. You pick them up off the freeway in salt lake and will drop them off at the same spot. Got my refund back, can take a bit but it’s here and that’s what matters.
My Wave Runner had issues on the 1st day. I called them & they said they would refund my money because the machine wasn’t running correctly. I returned it yesterday and today they refunded my money!! I wanted to rent before I buy so I know if this is a purchase that will work for my family. They offered to rent me another runner on another day & said we could take a brand new runner for close to nothing. We will definitely be renting from them again!
