Zero stars if possible. This place is poorly managed. They never answer the phones, no one is ever at the property office. No one manages the property at all. Gates are always broken and stay open all night. Big puddles around the units and floods into the unit. Price keeps going up every 6 to 8 months. Units are way too expensive. This property always gets units broken into. Stay away from this place
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and communication at this facility. The office is consistently unattended, and staff rarely answer phone calls or respond to emails, leaving inquiries unresolved for extended periods. Additionally, rates are increased annually without apparent justification, while the overall condition of the storage units remains outdated and poorly maintained, showing signs of significant wear and neglect.
