Big Steve’s needs to educate their employees in customer service. Immature, Unprofessional and accusatory remarks from your employees are unnecessary, rude and does nothing but make people angry. I’m disappointed in how we were spoken to today by the “gentleman” that was collecting the money. Also, if you change your policies, you need to post the change so people who come regularly, in the vehicle they are told they now cannot take there, don’t wait in long lines just to find out at the entrance that we can no longer enter.... read more
Awesome wash... highly recommend
Big steve’s car wash destroyed my car’s paint. Never go to this car wash, it uses large rubber wipers that carry dirt. When the wipers wipe your car they take any dirt that was on your car and on the wipers and dig it right into your paint. This results in large visible scratches that go across the entirety of your car. If you don’t believe me look at the pictures provided. Never go here or any car wash like it.
Best car wash around hands down. Spend a few more bucks and get the Volcano. My car never looked so good!!!!
Can’t beat the price the staff there are great does a great job free vacuum to boot. Wipe it down when you come out and it looks like new
I bought a couple of packs of gift cards for my husband for Christmas. I took his car for the first wash this AM, Tuesday, 1/9/18, at approximately 11:40 AM. There was a line, but it was moving quickly. The gentleman (and I use that term loosely) that was directing cars in for the wash was rude. His comments to the woman behind me of "Come on lady, pull up" and his comment to me of " Put it in Neutral already" was unacceptable.
