Kaitlyn was so good to work with. My daughter loved her and she makes a point to do therapy at a pace my daughter could handle, pushing her to do better but recognizing when she needed a change. We will definitely choose Kaitlyn for any further occupational therapy needs in the future.
My son started speech therapy with Jess, we have been seeing Big steps for about 3 months now and my sons speech has made so much progress. Flexibility has been great for us since we live 45 min away. Prior to Big steps we were with bingham pediatrics the receptionist was very rude, they had no Flexibility that worked for our schedule and weve made more positive progress in the last 3 months than we had in 2 years. Thank you Jess for being truly amazing. MAX loves speech therapy every week.
