How can I do a lawsuit on the landlord he didn't give us the 30 days notice and they maintenance people broke my things and please don't not rent from them he just lied to us about getting him to Thursday it to pay the rent but he called them Constable in the sheriff and they don't fixing anything and your food will be going to waste.
They are very good people. I wouldn't mind getting another place from theses guys
This was not considered an "as is" move-in; the house was not clean at move-in, and there were many things that were broken. They would not fix them after I asked numerous times. They would not return my phone calls and would only speak to my step-dad, even though I was the tenant and the one paying them rent. They charged me for things that were not my responsibility to pay for and that I did not damage. The company refuses to email me back, or return any of my calls to discuss any matter of the property.
They don't fix things when you put an work order in. It takes them a long time to get something done.
Do not rent any property with these people. They charge for every maintenance call that they need to do. These people never fix nothing but I bet if it was them or their families living in one of their properties they would be upset to
