The plumber showed up without the tools needed to even start the repair. He said he was in a new truck that didn't have the proper equipment. His only suggestion was to go about the repair and a much costlier way. He had no interest in trying to get the right tools or find a better solution. Very obvious lack of concern for customer satisfaction.

We used this plumbing company for an emergency that turned into a big job. So far, they have been getting the job done but the timing is absolutely terrible. They will tell us “we are on the way” and they are still not here 2 hours later. They do not keep us informed as to when they are coming and constantly keep us waiting. Along with this, we are paying them an extremely large amount of money, so you’d figure that they would keep us informed a little more. However, the plumber was very nice and he got the job done.

Came out on a Sunday which was great. Plumber was very friendly and he got the pipe cleared. What's bad is the price we were quoted for repair work was literally double the rate we ended up paying another plumber.
