Do not use this company to sell your home. Someone I know used them to sell her home and now they refuse to turn over any and all paperwork to her. She was told all debts and anything owed to the HOA was paid just for her to find out the hoa was not paid at all, the Harris county property taxes and appraisers have not been notified like they have claimed has been done by the title company.
