WORST Dealership! LIES, DECEPTIONS, CON ARTIST, SCAM... WORST DEALERSHIP !!!!! Sales and manager use LIES & DECEPTION to make sales !!!!! Received quote via e-mail with sale price + tax title fees. Great car buying experience! We really love McDavid Honda. Our used car buying experience there was so low key and non-pressured. It was just a pleasure to buy a car there. We have also used their service department and they are great. The staff is courteous and professional and willing to explain everything they do and/or need to do.
E-mailed quote, then verified quote, did not honor price after arriving They E-mailed quote, then had them to verify the quote, then drove all the way there with check, when I got there ..OOPS, I'm sorry I made a mistake, took it to sales manager and he would not honor the quote either. Thanks to David he help us so much. He was very patient. Towards the end another employee came and gave me all the buss on my vehicle , he was great as well very polite, friendly, I would 100% recommend them to my family and friends.
Unsatisfied Number! I called David McDavid Honda after seeing their infommercial. I dealt with a very friendly and helpful salesperson. We went back and forth attempting to find the right car for me. I did not have a down payment and my trade was terrible. Not to mention my credit was bad. But regardless of the fact they ensured me that they could help me.
