My personal opinion but Big Star sucks. The burgers are smaller than the bun. They burn my kids corn dog everytime and the fries are soggy. And then there was the time I could see the cook in back on a hot ass day and he had sweat dripping off his face on to the grill...that killed it for me. Haven't been back in about 6 years
Always great food and atmosphere. Everyone is pleasant and can't get a cheeseburger like it anywhere else!
Nothing beats a home town burger at big star. When they open it's a sign that summer is almost here.
The wait was so long on opening night my battery died! But you know what? It was totally worth it! And the restaurant staff had my car up and running again in seconds. Glad to have you back Big Star!
For people to say it's the best cheeseburger in Kenosha are really missing out. The food is average and the service is spotty.
